The service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located right in the city center across San Sebastian Catholic Church. The only negative is the menu but there are loads of restaurants right outside of the hotel.

Paramos en este espectacular hotel atraídos por su ubicación y por el edificio que ocupa. Nos gusta conocer los lugares de nuestra ciudad más atractivos para tomarnos un té, café o cerveza. En esta ocasión he de destacar la belleza del edificio, la tranquilidad en medio de la bulliciosa zona de la Plaza de Santa Ana y, por encima de todo, la atención del camarero, Nacho, que, a pesar de no estar alojados, nos buscó el mejor rincón para disfrutar del té, el café y las torrijas del chef que parecían hechas por mi madre.

First night was great. Second night terrible! Hotel is non-smoking yet not enforced. A nearby guest was allowed to smoke all night and the smoke traveled through all the vents. Blocking vents did not help. Front desk offered to move rooms at 2am, which would have been a huge inconvenience and wouldn’t have resolved the smoke traveling throughout the hotel. Now ill from breathing second hand smoke all night.

Perfectly located hotel in Madrid. Nothing to stay about the staff, they are doing an amazing job!
Service is perfect. Rooms are big and clean with all you need for cold or hot weather. As this is a 5 star hotel, the only small improvement is in regard to the bathroom: Old toilet seat (stains in the plastic that won't go away) and surface of the bath tube was getting a bit old too.
Despite this small points, would definitely recommend it

Ubicación excelente en pleno centro de la ciudad. A pocos pasos de zonas de ocio donde pasear y tomar algo. Y el personal de recepción inmejorable.

Hotel muy bien situado. Excelente trato de todo el personal, muy pendientes de satisfacer todas nuestras necesidades. 100% de acierto en sus recomendaciones.
Viajamos con una niña pequeña y sin duda lo recomendaría tanto para viajes de pareja, amigos como de familia.
De mis mejores estancias en Madrid, sin duda repetiremos.

Ottimo albergo. Ho dapprima chiesto una camera molto tranquilla e mi sono trovato in una specie di loculo. Ho potuto cambiare camera senza problemi grazie alla cortesia e alla professionalità degli addetti alla reception.
Il buffet della colazione è miserello ma attorno all'albergo ci sono molti locali accoglienti per un'ottima prima colazione.

Ideal location and wonderful buffet breakfasts with a huge assortment of meat, cheese and other breakfast items. The Madrid Palacio de tepa Hotel is super clean and a laundromat is right around the corner. The location is absolutely perfect with lots of restaurants and nightlife around. We walked to most of the museums and parks from here, a 25 minute walk at best. Super safe, even for single women.we will return!

Como estamos acostumbrados un NH excepcional, al ser clienta de esta cadena tuvieron una atencion con nosotros y nos dieron una habitacion superior a la reservada (gran detalle) y la verdad que es preciosa, amplitud y comodisima. Todos muy amables y destacar a Ruben super amable y atento. Enhorabuena! Y seguro volveremos.

Posizione eccezionale, a due passi dal centro. Personale gentile e professionale. La struttura, tuttavia non sembra essere da 5 stelle. In ogni caso noi non viviamo in Hotel e non ne facciamo un dramma.

Ojalá que todos los hoteles de la cadena NH tuvieran la misma calidad de atención del personal, aseo de áreas comunes y habitaciones, estado de las instalaciones, etc, que el NH Collection Madrid Palacio de Tepa.
Resaltar siempre la muy buena atención de todo el personal de las distintas áreas.

Great but internet, even upgraded 'fast' internet, is slow. At times, too slow to stream Netflix.

Definitely recommend this hotel in your next madrid stay. The staff is super friendly. Christina took care of us during our stay she was so attentive and curtious. Our stay got delayed and she went above and beyond to accommodate us.

Nice hotel in the center of Madrid. We had the pleasure of being upgraded to a nice room on the 4th floor. Hotel is in a great location in Madrid and staff are friendly and helpful.

Only small issue was with room service not having many options, but overall we are satisfied with our stay.

First class service and family-like care from the staff at this hotel. I arrived from London initially for two nights and ended up staying for five due to US Embassy meetings. Throughout, Ana, Christina and Ana were kind, caring and constantly checking to ensure all was well. To get a Covid test, Ana booked me into the hospital and took care of every possible challenge.

The hotel was clean and well-lit and my room was cleaned daily. Lots of restaurants nearby and the perfect location from which to get lost in Madrid's many charms, not least the magical park and galleries. I could not have chosen a better hotel! Absolutely recommend it!
