I highly recommend this agency to anyone who's in a search for a house! Michael is an extremely helpful and friendly person who will answer all your questions and explain everything to you so that you don't have any doubts in your mind.
The entire team is also very flexible, efficient and responsive to your needs, they really try their best to enhance your living experience to its optimal. Moreover, for non spanish speaking residents like me, i was really happy that they know English.

My partner and I have dealt with Mike and the Innova company. I have been traveling for the last 5 years and lived in 2 European countries outside of Australia and New Zealand. I have to say the service with this company is outstanding.
Not only are they friendly and explain everything to detail. They are also very accommodating. Stayed for a month in Madrid. Apartment was great, both the location and amenities were great. They work well with foreigners. I enjoyed my stay, and would book with them again.
