63 Hotel estupendo para disfrutar.con habitaciones muy bien cuidadas. Inmejorable cocina, especialmente en desayuno bufete y cena.y, el personal super amable.y, ademas cercano al Aeropuerto de Barajas con transfer gratuito a cualquier hora.
Ya lo creo, inmejorable.yo, me quedo en él cada vez que voy a Madrid.
Ah! Con una piscina estupenda que se puede comer o cenar en la terraza.
Cena espectacular! Todo está buenísimo. Una gran sorpresa y gran descubrimiento. El servicio un gusto, todo el mundo encantador!
He estado en varios eventos y me ha gustado.
La organización y la comida me han parecido muy bien
También la cafetería para quedar con alguien y estar en un ambiente relajado y tranquilo
Moved my reservation to the much cheaper Tryp hotel (same chain) a day before I was supposed to arrive, citing "works", whilst still charging me the original price. Extraordinary lack of interest in the customer.
Habitaciones muy cómodas, lo mejor es el buen desayuno buffet que ponen, es delicioso, creo que el mejor que he comido por su variedad y el buen servicio de personal! Servicio de recepción también excelente!
Habitación muy pequeña. Baño está bien. Desayuno exageradamente caro (8€). Precio para estar al lado del aeropuerto normal
Asistí a una convención, y por ello los trabajadores me miraron como si tuviera la lepra, fue vergonzoso.
The room was not too bad, even though the furniture seemed very old.
The shuttle service from and to the airport is a disaster. The hotel shares the shuttles with another hotel, and they run low on staff and vehicles, so better be prepared to wait for a loooong time. The drivers seem stressed and drive terribly fast (partly on highways), but no seat belts, people standing amidst the luggage, trying to hold onto something in the curves in order not to fall. I don't even want to imagine what would happen in case of a crash.
To be on the safe side, better take a taxi!
The hotel runs also short on staff at the reception desk, and after a long trip you might have to stand in line for quite a while before you get your room keys. Very frustrating. Not acceptable for a hotel of this level. I will not return.
Good hotel. Can not say anything bad, as it was provided by Iberia- because It was overbooked. So the hotel was great for me. Schedule bus, however I was waiting on the airport long time for bus to come.
Personal muy amable. Habitación enorme pero un poco antigua. Buffet del desayuno como cualquier Meliá increíble.
Buen hotel, camas muy cómodas. La zona de la piscina tranquila, para descansar después de un largo viaje. La atención de todo el personal tanto en recepción como en piscina excelente.
Personak amable. El hotel ofrece todo tipo de servicios para que tu estancia sea amena y comoda asi, si no quieres, no necesitas ir al centro de la ciudad, teniendo en cuenta que esta proximo al aeropuerto

Beautiful place to stay but they don't offer any breakfast option with hotel booking. Other than that everything is good
Hotel ubicado a 10 minutos del aeropuerto. A pesar de ser un edificio bastante viejo, ha sido reformado y las habitaciones son muy cómodas. Algo lejos de Madrid centro.
This hotel does have a shuttle that takes you to the hotel. However, when you arrive you have to call them and hope that they answer the phone for you to let them know that you have arrived. It took me almost an hour to get a hold of them and luckily the shuttle had arrived when I was on the phone with them. The check in process is quick and painless. The clerks are nice to their standards. That night, I did have an issue with the first room I was given. The air did not work and it was really hot in the room. To correct this, it took me over an hour to change because the first lady I spoke to told me that I had to wait for it to cool down, then they sent the porter up to try and adjust it which made it worse and then when I became really upset that is when they changed my room to one with a working air conditioner.
Regarding the room - the rooms are clean, well equipped with towels, toiletries in case you forgot a few, a hair dryer. The beds are comfortable only if you are in one of their premium rooms if not the beds are very hard and uncomfortable.
The restaurant area is nice. It has a full bar which I fully used that night and the food is good but as any hotel pricey.
The breakfast in the morning, if you include it in your stay is very excellent. It has everything - fresh fruits, cheeses, eggs of all kinds, breads, cereals, jellies and marmalades. Truly the best breakfast ever.
I would sort of recommend this hotel but only get their premium rooms so you can at least get a comfortable bed and a working AC.

Tener membresia de Meliá tampoco sirve de nada
Las instalaciones ya están algo viejas. El desayuno está muy bien, pero el almuerzo y la cena dan pena.
Muy agradable, tanto las habitaciones y el personal que las atiende, como la piscina y su zona verde. Altamente recomendable.
Excelente ubicación. Cerca del aeropuerto y con muchos locales cerca psra q no te falte nada. Lo recomiendo
Gostei do seu hotel, mas tem coisas para melhorar. A janela do meu quarto não abriu, não havia espaço no quarto, o secador não funciona, há luzes no banheiro. E o pior é ter colocado o cartão para não atrapalhar a porta para entrar no mesmo com pressa para limpar a sala sendo verificada ao meio-dia. Não espere que este seja um hotel da cadeia melia.
