Hotel bien situado en el centro de Madrid. A 5 minutos andando del wizink center. Desayuno muy completo con zumos recién exprimidos de todo tipo (jugos verdes).

Nice hotel, location service it’s great,
the room is comfortable, the bed is very nice and the pool bar with terrace is the cherry for the summer time!

Immense complexe hôtelier limite usine américaine à touristes, les chambres ne sont pas au standard du groupe NOVOTEL car plus petite. Petit-déjeuner agréable et impressionnant surtout avec le monsieur qui vous prépare sur place des jus de fruits sur mesure
problèmes rencontrés lors de notre séjour de 4 jours: une fenêtre non étanche donnant sur la rue très passante et donc très bruyante!
et surtout un parking dangereux car inaccessible au monospace et ce malgré le feu vert du gardien de parking: la rampe d’accès est hors norme et conçue pour les toutes petites voitures je me suis retrouvé bloqué avec mon SMax dans la rampe! Ce qui m’a coûté une aile complète à refaire en carrosserie!

Good clean and family friendly. Staff was good. Convenient place to stay situated near shops close to all the facilities. But beware of leaving your money unsafe. First day I didn't accepted them to clean room so early while I was gone for breakfast left 50 euros in my purse 20 were gone when i noticed later on that day felt bad.

The pool is disappointingly small for such a big hotel. Not even the size of the hotel rooms. Breakfast are good. But supper are limited and they keep removing things from the menu because they don't have them in stock. Also the WiFi keeps disconnecting. Overall OK rooms.

De los mejores hoteles en Madrid que hemos visitado. Excelente disponibilidad del personal. El desayuno simplemente inmejorable con sus zumos naturales. Buena ubicacion tanto en coche como para el transporte público para manejarse por la capital

My friend and I stayed here at the end of Aug 2018 and it was absolutely perfect.

When you first enter the hotel:
You walk into reception and it smells divine, some sort of lovely essential oil fragrance. Staff are very pleasant and professional.

Our Room:
Spacious and a simple but stylish interior design. I felt so comfortable with the colours and furnishings, I really felt at home. The queen size bed and duvet was sooo comfortable, I slept so well each night.
If you’re missing anything, you can ask reception for it eg.razor, slippers.
Each room has an Android Smartphone which lets you use mobile internet and free calls in country and abroad for FREE! You can even take out out with you. This was a great touch.

Rooftop:
There’s a small pool surrounded by sun beds and a separate bar/lounge area with lots of seating, sun beds and bean bags. The bar staff were all really friendly. The only downside is I wish there was a space on the rooftop where we could take out own drinks as the bar wasn’t cheap (€4 beer, €8-10 cocktail). However, there is some seating out front of the hotel where you can do this.

I love Madrid and usually come here once a year and will definitely be booking Novotel again.

Love the atmosphere and staff very helpful and friendly at this hotel. Rooftop bar too pricey for drinks but great! Room was great family room. Lovely and clean and chilled air on throughout. Recommend Korean chicken wings on rooftop! Just missing a spa really!

Check in staff was polite and welcoming. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The 2, sleeper chairs were very comfortabe albeit slightly too short for my very tall sons.
The most welcoming part of our stay was the "Handy Phone" available to guests to use as our personal cell phone, international calls included.
The breakfast buffet was very nice. Although more vegan options would've been greatly appreciated. There were dairy & gluten free options for breakfast.
The one and only negative is the roof top pool is not properly chemically treated/maintained.
For the kids this is a real big (-) negative. Therefore a 4 rating.
