54El sitio esta en un lugar privilegiado, el peach ice tea está delicioso y ls atención es muy buena
9 de la mañana y tienen musica de Club a todo volúmen. Imposible tener llamadas o si quiera pensar. La música es tan fuerte que ni con audífonos puestos te escapas. Hasta e difícil hablar con alguien cara a cara.
Y el internet también pésimo.
La gente joven va mucho a estas cafeterias y les encanta.
Pero para una persona mayor como yo, no es uno de los sitios q repetiría.
Es una cafetería muy cómoda para ir a trabajar una tarde mientras te tomas un café. El personal es muy amable y los servicios estaban limpios. El café moca es mi favorito de su carta
La verdad es uno de los menos limpios Starbucks we he he visto. La mesas y las sillas no están bastante limpias. Pedí un café me dieron una cuchara no sé si esta sucia o tiene huellas de alguien.
Productos de calidad más que aceptable. Personal profesional y atento. Terraza muy agradable. Una razonable relación calidad-precio. Cumplimiento riguroso de las medidas COVID-19.
Un café caro y con poco atractivo. El local no está en las mejores condiciones, los servicios tampoco, y el sistema de llamar a la gente, como si fuese la cola del mercado, le resta también puntos. En fin, prescindible.
Medidas anticovid nulas, en vez de ir controlando el aforo el personal iba metiendo a más y más gente en un espacio reducido. Absolutamente lamentable.
La atención de hoy fue excelente, muy majos todos, gracias! Ricos productos y lugar!
Observación: hoy vi poca desinfección de las mesas cuando los clientes se retiraban del local. Es obligación limpiarlas CONSTANTEMENTE, así que 3 estrellas por incumplir ésto. Gracias!
Muy buen café, el muffin bueno, camarera amable, el sitio goza de una ubicación privilegiada y una decoración rústica muy agradable.
El lugar está bien y la decoración me encantó. Sin embargo el batido que me tomé me sentó fatal. Y a mis acompañantes también. Fue bastante caro y no estaba bueno. Aún así reconozco que es un lugar que quizá para tomarte algo con los amigos o trabajar es un sitio y espacio agradable. Eso sí, la atención buena.
Really dirty bathroom. Toilet and sink doesn’t look likes it’s been cleaned for weeks. Gross feminine products all over the floor because the trash is full. No toilet paper. I asked the workers for toilet paper and they said they would get it. 15 minutes later, I was still waiting. They didn’t have anyone in line. They were sweeping the empty lobby. I reminded them and they told me to grab napkins and use those until they were done sweeping.very unimpressed with the customer service and cleanliness of this Starbucks. I am from Seattle so maybe I am spoiled but this is not the reputation Starbucks is known for. Step it up, Madrid.
Lo que es un Starbucks el café es bueno y se paga a precio Starbucks. Pero siembre es un buen sitio para conectarse y trabajar antes de tomar el AVE de vuelta.
The atmosphere indoors was busy busy busy and loud. We preferred to sit outside and enjoy the view. Our pumpkin spice drinks were actually orange! They also had vegan cake deserts!
We would definitely revisit this location.
El personal es siempre muy atento y amable en especial el turno del cierre. Siempre que vamos por Madrid es una parada obligatoria.
I can’t believe this place appears in some websites as recommended. They say the building is certified as ECO for the “sustainable practices”. Tell me how can this place be if to serve a coffee and orange juice they give you this huge amount of plastic (which they don’t recycle). I had to specially ask for the mug because they were about to give me a single use one.
If you are thinking about going to the WC I suggest you to go somewhere else. The dirtiest one I’ve ever seen in my life.
Place looks nice but the wifi has no internet connection. So it's a pretty useless place to get some work quickly done. And for an offline place it's just too noisy
I am very disappointed from my visit at this Starbucks. I drank Starbucks in many stores in the past but never have I have encountered such a rude barista! The first three things I asked for they didn’t have. She refused to give me a reusable cup and instead gave me plastic although I specifically asked for no plastic. Then I had a question about the bill and asked another employee about it and she got loud and mad why I didn’t ask her.there was a discount on sandwiches and she only gave me discount on one and when I asked about it she said that’s the decision of the machine not hers while rolling her eyes.
Me pido un frappuccino matcha, que me tomo muy a menudo. Me sabe menos dulce de lo normal.
