Starbucks, Madrid

I am surprised this place even claims to sell coffee. We ordered a large macchiato and the serving was only half full. The drink was over sweet and cold. If there were 0 stars I would have picked it.

Lamentablemente somos la imagen qué damos, los baños asquerosos. El personal no da a basto a servir a los clientes y limpiar los baños a menudo.

Super starbucks! J’ai eu la possibilité d’être servie par J-P qui parle parfaitement français anglais et espagnol! Le service et l’attention à la clientèle est parfaite! J’y ai été 2 fois dans ce starbucks durant mon séjour à Madrid car une chouette terrasse est mise à disposition. Encore une mention spéciale à J-P (j’espère qu’il verra ce message une jour), merci de ne pas avoir écorché mon prénom et d’y avoir mis un H à la fin de sarah

This café has a serious security problem. I suggest especially travelers to stay away!
My travel backpack has been stolen by a thief who sat to my next table without any food/drink consumption, and waited sometime there for the best moment to steal and disappear. All is in camera records. If only there was a security guard at the door, many other people like me wouldn't have their belongings stolen that easily. Many other chain cafes employ guards and Starbucks must provide the minimum security for their clients as well. Especially this particular café is known having particularly many victims as I have been informed.

On a visit to Madrid I walked to the historic Hotel Ritz across from the Prado Museum. But unfortunately that hotel was closed for renovations.

But across the tree-lined road and park was the city's other six-stars luxury establishment, the Palace Hotel, opened in 1912 and now part of the Westin Hotel/Marriott chain (I refuse to call this historic hotel The Westin Palace Hotel).

When approaching this large and imposing classical structure, I was surprised to see it had a Starbucks Coffee and so I decided to enter. I was happy to see Spain's first Starbucks location exceptionally furnished with a large number of leather chairs and sofas, antique furnishings and a laid-back atmosphere.

The WiFi works well here and I enjoyed chatting with some tourists from Finland. On my next visit to Madrid, you can be sure I will return to this Starbucks. And the coffee was very good.

Según he entrado por la puerta, me dirigía al baño y la muy agradable camarera me ha parado y no me ha dejado entrar al baño a las 9: 30 de la mañana si no consumía nada.siendo mujer encima.vergonzoso

Repleto de gente siempre, la atención un poco descuidada y la limpieza igual. Cuando tratan de atender a todo el mundo terminas no atendiendo a nadie bien.

The service is not bad, but it s a bit disappointed that they allowed to a lot of vagabounds and beggars accessing in the middle of the queue to ask for money.we were working a short time with our laptop and during half hour 4 people came to interrumped us insisting to help them and gave them some coins.we are tolerant people but it a unacceptable that inside of a coffee shop like Starbucks to allow these vagabounds access inside, smelling so bad and bothering every moment the customers. We don’t pay for this. Sorry.it s disappointed.

La atención como en todos los de la cadena de Starbucks, nada diferente, bueno si, el costo es más elevado!

Esta bien y es cómodo para cuando estás de paseo por el centro si quieres descansar y tomar algo fresco o caliente según la ocasión. Tiene una mesa grande en el centro muy cómoda.he visto hasta gente echando una cabezadita.los baños están un poco mal.

Me encantan los Starbucks, pero sin duda es el peor en el que e estado nunca me había encontrado a una dependienta tan desagradable como la que sirve el pedido, sin duda no volveré a este Starbucks.

Servicio mejorable:

Nos han servido una nata con el café a medias y un matcha con leche amargamente endulzado.
El vaso del café estaba lleno a la mitad, el cual han rellenado con nata que se iba licuando por segundos, pueden imaginarse la risa al destapar el entuerto.

El peor starbucks que fui. No hay cafe de filtro, no funcionaba internet, solo dos personas atendiendo, estaban reformando el baño y las mesas llenas de polvo. Un asco, una porqueria.

A nice Starbucks in the center of Madrid.it's a bit cramped, during busy hours you'll have to wait for a table.currently there's only one working toilet, and the line gets pretty long. The service is good and the drinks and food are what you'd expect.
