Llamé a la tienda La Zenia hoy porque había perdido uno de los soportes para la nariz de mis gafas. Fue atendida de inmediato, la joven reemplazó ambos descansos y sin cargo. Excelente servicio

De vacaciones en Torrevieja, se me cayó la lente de las gafas y al mismo tiempo perdí el tornillo. Busqué en Google un óptico y encontré protectores de especificaciones. El caballero de la tienda fue muy amable y servicial. Reemplazó el tornillo y limpió mis lentes sin costo alguno. Gracias soecsavers

Gran servicio y sin duda lo recomendaría. Reservé una cita y asistí antes de tiempo, pero fui atendido por un óptico de inmediato. Marcos seleccionados y me llamaron 6 días después. En todo momento el personal fue extremadamente profesional, amable y servicial. Los precios también son muy buenos.

No puedo hablar lo suficiente sobre el servicio aquí. Todo fue muy sencillo y directo, desde reservar la primera cita hasta recibir las gafas. El personal es realmente cálido y acogedor y son muy serviciales. Los recomendaría ampliamente.

Compré mis gafas en una Óptica Specsavers de otra localidad, por accidente me senté encima de ellas y se rompieron.

Las llevé a este local y me las repararon sin ningún coste y con mucha rapidez. Por lo tanto perfecto. Sitio recomendadísimo, además tienen buenas ofertas.

My experience at Specsavers Opticians LaZenia was a very positive experience, I had excellent treatment and excellent customer service, I was very happy with my treatment and would recommend this Specsavers to friends and family.

Requested eye test appointments for my husband and I online. Received the appointments via email with the appointments one after the other on the same day.
Easy to park on the side street next to Specsavers.
Immediately welcomed in and seated. Very thorough eye test by the optician who explained the process as it was happening. Shown out and introduced to Jaye who explained the offers available. Frames chosen, paid for and collected within 2 weeks.
Lovely helpful staff who speak an amazing range of languages between them all. A credit to their company.
Recommend using them 100%.

Everything was friendly, professional and helpful. Jada, the optometrist was very thorough and explained everything very clearly and was always very pleasant too.

Had my eyes tested here on 7/3/2023, must say the attention to detail in all the tests was excellent and the staff were fantastic. 15/3/23 had a text to inform me my glasses were ready, very quick service. From start to finish all the staff were very helpful and human, not robots that just wanted to sell you something. Highly recommend them.

I had my eye test in La Zenia on 2/3/23. The health check was explained to me in detail, as was the sight test, which has been the most comprehensive eye test I have had, ever. I was put completely at ease, and the female optician was the most patient one I have come accross.
Choosing my glasses was difficult, though again, I was treated patiently, until I finally decided which glasses I liked.
I had explained to the staff that I was wearing old specs, as my regular ones had broken, and speed was important.
I was amazed to get a phone call on 7/3/23 saying my glasses were ready for collection.
Well done team, and thank you, from a very happy customer.

I was on holiday and had lost my glasses, jade who assisted me went above and beyond to help me get a replacement which was suited to my needs. It was also very helpful that jade was fluent with English making the whole process smooth and easy.

Would happily use again.

Ana, la optometrista que nos atendió fue muy profesional y trató estupendamente a mi padre. El resultado, excepcional, mi padre ahora ve genial y está muy contento con sus gafas nuevas!

Fui a la óptica a hacerme una prueba de la vista y me fui encantado. Todos los empleados muy atentos conmigo y en especial la optometrista Jade que me estuvo realizando todas las pruebas y me aconsejó unas gafas acorde a mi cara.
Es un placer encontrarte profesionales así. Recomendaré a todos mis amigos y familia.

The service and the staff was first class. Reni was absolutely amazing explaining me all options that I have and helping choosing the right frames. The best place to go and get the most complete sight test and the best value for money. I would strongly recommend this optician to my friends and family.
