The young ladies who did me eye test was again very professional asked at all points if I was comfortable with the service. I would recommend them to anyone.
Been two weeks now, no sign of my glasses being ready for collection, after spending €408 very disappointed in lack of customer service.
Staff in shop are very come day, go day.

Very good service ordered prescription Glasses with frames 29€ ready in 7 days asked what i wanted said cheapest didnt push me towards expensive frames > No hassle service< cannot be faulted in service or value & perfect fitting and they were ready when the said they would be
Do not use this company. I had a bad floater in my right eye which whad appeared suddenly. I went in and made an appointment for same day. I attended and was met by a frankly disinterested supervisor. Went in for a test and was denied use of their toilet "as it is for staff only" and asked to go to the Chinese next door. I made it clear in polite but firm language that if that was their idea of customer service I would not be giving them any business in the future and would be posting a review accordingly.
I am now going to my GP to have a visit arranged with the eye hospital.
DO Not give them business.
