Specsavers Opticas La Zenia, Alicante

Es la primera vez que voy a esta óptica por recomendación de un compañero de trabajo y he salido muy contenta. La recomiendo al 100%. Además de tener gran variedad de productos a un precio súper asequible, el trato del personal es inmejorable. Tuve la suerte de ser atendida por Jade, en todo momento se mostró atenta y muy profesional. Volveré muy pronto!

The service was absolutely amazing. The optometrist Jade Rose was great! She knew how to advise you, explain your problem and very kind.

Muy buena experiencia adquiriendo gafas en esta óptica que además cuenta con unos empleados que son muy atentos, amables y profesionales.
Me atendió Deniz, una chica joven muy agradable que fue de gran ayuda en cuanto a ayudarme a encontrar la montura perfecta para mi tipo de cara muy poco común y me hicieron todos las pruebas necesarias para asegurarse de proporcionarme las lentes adecuadas.
Estoy muy contenta con mis gafas y en cuanto necesite unas nuevas acudiré sin duda al Specsavers de la Zenia.

I shopped here yesterday and I have to say, I was treated delightfully by all the staff. We had to buy new glasses for my daughter and enquire about contacts for my wife. In both instances we were treated fantastically. I thoroughly recommend this store for anyone visiting or living in the Zenia/Torrevieja area!

Ridiculo. A las alturas que estamos y en este sitio si no entras con mascarilla, te echan. En ninguna óptica que he ido te obligan a ponerte la mascarilla, por eso mismo me iré a otras

En principio tenia miedo de ir por estar ubicada en una zona turística, pero me he encontrado por un trato excepcional. Los empleados, además de hablar muchos idiomas, son tremendamente profesionales y excelentemente simpáticos y agradables. Me hicieron todo tipo de pruebas de visión y me dijeron con todo tipo de detalles todo lo relacionado con mi vista. Me sorprendieron los precios tan económicos. Volveré sin dudarlo.

I'm visiting family and had broken frames so I called in on the off chance they could help me?
All staff including, and especially Reni were so welcoming and helpful. Not only did they do all they could to help but they found a matching frame that could take my lenses. 10 minutes later I walk out with new frames and a big satisfied Smile!

From the moment I was welcomed to this branch of Specsavers, Reni smiled and took my temperature to check I didn't have Covid. Throughout my first visit I was given excellent customer service abd had a few giggles with the friendly, yet professional staff.

I returned for my spectacles and contact lens check a few days later and the Optician was friendly, professional and explained my test results clearly with perfect English. All the staff appear to speak perfect Spanish and English and offer a very good service throughout. Well done to all and thank you.

I can only say 'Thank You' to Reni at Specsavers for her assistance to me in time of need. I am a Specsavers long term client out on holiday. My wife trod on her glasses virtually destroying them. I took the peices into the store and Reni repaired them within 24 hours. Great service.

I broke my glasses and they replaced them completely free. The gentleman we spoke to was very accomodating and helpful.

English speaking staff made the whole experience easier and seems to be a lot cheaper than the UK

Great eye examination very nice staff prefer it to the torrevieja branch lots of help choosing new glasses
