Installation of the Fibre internet by the engineers was clean, quick and all done to a professional standard. Working in this heatwave during the summer months whilst wearing a face mask deserves my sympathy. Thanks guys.

Really impressed with the guys who fitted the broadband- Keith and Marcus did a fantastic job and also set up the deco system for me. All cables hidden nicely and all tidy - nice job!

Pesimo servicio
3 semanas esperando a que me pusieran fibra en mi vivienda y cuando ya tenian que moverse para pedir permiso a la administración. Te dicen que no van a instalar nada, que tienen demasiado trabajo como para perder el tiempo.
Estando literalmente la caja de fibra a 10 metros del adosado.
Con esta reseña pretendo dejar entender a quien lo lea la atención que le dan a clientes en momentos así.
Si pudiese dar un 0 lo daría.
REPITO, 3 SEMANAS PARA QUE AL FINAL ME DIGAN QUE NO.
Y encima el tema no es que no se pueda instalar, es porque estan saturados y me han dejado tirado cual estropajo.
Es la primera vez que voy a ir a poner una hoja de reclamaciones a un establecimiento ya que lo considero una falta grave de respeto.

Phoned Technical Support yesterday because although I was receiving emails I could not connect to any web addresses. I was informed that they had a suspicion of what the problem was and that the modems settings would be updated. Shortly after full fibre service was restored. Thank you Telitec for your prompt response and solution.

A simple malfunction was solved quickly by Roman the technician when our printer lost its settings to the WiFi, however, we found it extremely difficult not being computer literate. Would like to praise the efforts of Roman the technician he was very patient.

Roman was amazing. He talked me through how to check the channels my internet was on. I have now changed the channel to a channel no one in the building is using. Now i know how to do this. I will be able to do it in the future. Its a very good bit of information for any one to know. I have had no problems since I have changed these channels. Thank you Roman

Superb response to an SOS call from myself today regarding wifi and phone connection. Incredibly prompt service, professional, understanding and all in English too! Cannot fault this company! We highly recommend them for their prompt service and communication.

Attention Arnaque,
Connection nulle, réseau inexistant, le jeu du split en cascade avec de trop nombreux relais, dès lors en saison, plus aucuns accès, car trop nombreux sur la même ligne.
Tout le monde paie le même abonnement en fait et se le partage.
Cela à fonctionné les 24 premiers mois, ensuite plus grand chose et l'on m'a dit que je devais couper mes arbres.
Ensuite, il m'ont dit que cela serait mieux avec la fameuse fibre, mais pour cela je dois exécuter des travaux chez le voisin, pourquoi ne pas profiter de sa piscine par la même occasion et Telitec me renvoie la faute, en définitive, ils sont incapable de me donner le service pour lequel j'ai payé et à l'avance, par 18 mois et ne veulent rien me rembourser, c'est simplement du vol, une arnaque tout simplement.
Il y'a beaucoup d'autres distributeurs d'accès au service internet, j'en ai trouvé un autre qui me fourni environ 10 giga de connexion contre 1 chez télitec, quand cela fonctionne et pour 18 euros par mois.
Ne vous précipitez pas chez le premier venu.

Indignantes, empleadas, internet demasiado débil y no corresponde al contrato, los errores no se corrigen, los artesanos no tenían idea de su trabajo, pero a nadie le interesan las quejas que duraron semanas. The lines are on the street in a public shaft. Why can't your company resolve the fiber blockade? Furthermore, there is no reason for paying customers to treat my husband so disrespectfully

Have rang and left messages and emails and web forms for a month just to buy from them but no response. This makes worry what would happen if I had a problem. Will now look elsewhere.

Great service from Telitec - Telitec are lucky to have such a devoted team member like Gemma working for them who went above and beyond to get our Wifi sorted and when our request was passed on the Julie she gave us the best customer service along with the technical guys - every department went above and beyond we highly recommend Telitec

It Is very important to us to have instant contact with friends, family and businesses on line, we have been with Telitec for almost 6 years and they have always been responsive to any problems we have had - it turns out most problems have been down to us (!) but the times when we have needed assistance, it has always been very quick and efficient and advice given has been impeccable. We can't recommend Telitec highly enough and would encourage everyone to give them a try.

As always a superb professional service.

I have been with Telitec for over 10 years now and always find them to be an excellent company.
Yesterday, I updated my wireless 3G/4G service to Fibre 5G. The Telitec install team arrived (on time) and professionaly installed my new Fibre equipment. Amazing download/upload speeds of nearly 275 Mbps.
