Im Büro im Ort wird man bei Problemen oder Unklarheiten freundlich beraten und unterstützt.

Been with this company for five years and have had numerous problems. Have written complaint letter, visited the offices, spoken to engineers and always, always, always, someone else's fault. The most recent problem is that every Saturday and Sunday at approx. 4.20 pm the speed suddenly drops to below 2.00 meaning I am unable to watch my favourite rugby. E mails and phone calls have been made and their response? Engineers refuse to attend saying that their 'print out' shows no problem. Offer made to connect to Movistar fibre at an increased cost of 20.00 euros per month.
No apology, no understanding of the frustration and no empathy for a long suffering, up to now loyal customer.
Time for a change to a better, customer friendly company.

Dont ever go to Telitec! And if u did this mistake and want to cancel you have to pay 100 Euro PLUS send the router back or bring it to the office somewhere in Spain! I am gonna a complaint in higher instances and write to some big youtubers who will make a video about this scam company!

They are basically scamming people, they will never provide a better internet connection then 1 MB download and 100 Kb upload during the summer period. I had the contract with them for a couple years, be aware, they will not allow you to stop the contract, the contract will automatically continue for one more year and then they will charge you extra fees for stopping the contract which you never agree to continue, however they are many other companies that are providing very good and stable connections, just search them online. Their technical service is very bad, I wasn't expected such a low internet provider in Spain.
