Excelente atención en la oficina de contratación, aunque algo escasa de personal, en cambio algo de descontrol en el parking donde no tenían localizado el vehículo asignado.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Hertz is expensive so you expect reliable service. It started with the siesta time in Taragona (Spain) we were surprised to discovet this office in Taragona is closed from 12.30 pm on Saturday. Anything we did, did not help us to convince to ouner to wait for us allittlelongef becoause we had amisunderstanding This place is the worst! 1. Even we used fuel just for 30 euro they wanted to charge us for full tank over 150 euro. We had to spend an hour to find a gas station at the end of tyring day. Ok, we made sure the tank is full. We came back to this Barcelona Hertz office to discover that we actualy have to return the car somewere else! "Just around the block in a parking stage -5. We wete exosted and asked the lady to call someone thay may take the car from the office to the undergrround parking but she said it is not part of thier service. That was the time when I gave up. Never again Hertz! Not to mention the fact they charged us for more than 200 euro for returning the car in a different location then it was picked up. We paid over 400 euro for less than 12 hours rent!
Maybe it is our problem. I asked what if we used the drop off box the key? And the lady said that we will have to pay 24 hours more although the return time for us was 13 hours later!
This is a terrible service for a very high price. NEVER AGAIN.

The WORST experience I've ever had renting a car. They CREATE damages on the car that didn't exist (some folks have already said that in previous posts. IT'S TRUE). YOU'LL NEED TO PAY FOR THAT. AVOID this company and THRIFTY. They make you sign a pre and post vehicle inspection that will be my modified without your consent. Go elsewhere since it can only be better than that.

Son unos Ladrones. Ojo a los cargos posteriores que os hacen en la tarjeta!
Tenían que estar ilegalízalos por delincuentes! No alquilar nunca con Hertz. Y si os timan no esperéis ni siquiera que os atiendan al teléfono. De vergüenza el servicio de atención al cliente.

Tenía un coche alquilado por mí compañía de seguros en sustitución al mío, personal atento y me han dado indicaciones en todo momento a cualquier duda que les he planteado

Be ready to wait for more than 2hs to get your car. Even if there are only 3 people in front pf you. They are incredibly slow. It’s a massive waste of time!

Que mi experiencia os sirva.

Cuidado! Te dicen que devuelvas el depósito lleno y te hacen firmar un cargo adicional por combustible de 59,53€. (foto 1)

Cuidado! También al devolver el vehículo te dicen de palabra que esta todo ok, pero te marcan 6/8, con esto cobran recargo adicional de 16,5€+ 12€ de gasolina!

Incluso probando su error has de perder días con reclamaciones y siguen intentando sacarte algo.

Tened mil ojos y revisad cargos posteriores en las tarjetas que dejéis. Intentan engañarte.
