I've rent a car in august and I had to made myself the tire pressure which was too low. The driver window mechanism was defaillant and the car had 60K km. All of this for 100€/day.

The package we got had an all in milleage and insurance coverage so we didn't have to think about anything when we returned the vehicle

Pésima empresa! No alquilen acá. Me quieren cobrar por un daño que yo no le hice al auto. Con pruebas y todo! Son unos chorros. NO ALQUILEN ACÁ!

Unos estafadores, me han cobrado dos veces, les escribí y me dicen q lo están solucionando. Realizan cargos en la tarjeta proporcionada unos días después de haber devuelto el coche. Ojo con alquilar con esta gente.unos sinvergüenzas.

Booked a car to collect at Alicante Airport Friday, guy tells me there is no car for me. And then offers me another for 30 euro a day plus 20 euro insurance a day. I leave and then get an email saying my bill for 10 days is 1700 euro! Literally no way to contact them, all their website directs you to is a FAQ. Ripped off.

We thought we had taken out full insurance when ordering the rental car. When collecting the car, we were strongly advised to take out additional insurance for 8 euros per day (times 18 days), because not everything would be fully insured with the 'all-in' that we had taken out.
Very disappointing that the rent at the last minute has to pay 144 euros extra. Next time I will rent my car from a rental company where all-in also simply means full coverage.

Very bad experience and a lot of problems without any reason. Not really interested to solve the internally issues. Waste of time Rent the car finally from Hertz.

Worst experience ever with a car rental in my entire life. I had booked a convertible car to drive to cities near Madrid, with my family and they made me wait for a car for 3 hours. At the end they gave me a car simpler than what I had booked.

NO CONTRATES SIXT - Servicio absolutamente vergonzoso, UNA TOTAL ESTAFA. Se nos está intentando culpar de un roce que no le hemos ocasionado al vehículo. He alquilado muchísimos coches y jamas había tenido estos problemas. Muchísimo cuidado porque te intenten colar daños que tú no has ocasionado. Además días más tarde nos ha llegado un recargo de 60€ extra por repostar y servicio de éste, cuando en ningún momento se nos advirtió, además habiéndole realizado al coche escasos 200km.

Al final la factura ha sido el triple de lo que en un principio se contrató (sin contar el arreglo).

Llegaré hasta el final con este asunto judicialmente, no voy a pagar daños al vehículo que no he cometido.

Never rent a car from sixt, most incompetent, liars, they will charge you double amount without notice and explanations, and then will send you email where will be written something about car damage (scretches) etc… but car has full insurance which you pay when u rent it. So if i pay full insurance they still charging me for minor damage…. Nice guyz, u never gonna have same client twice!
No one told me about premium location and vat 21%. They tottally scam you

We rented a car from here after being let down by a different rental company. Got what seemed like a good deal and the service from Sofia was good. However after returning the car we got charged €300 more than the original quote. When I queried this with Sixt I was told that it was returned late even though we were never informed of a return time and that it was returned to a different location, even though we explicitly told Sofia we would return the car to Bilbao airport and she said this was included in the price. After several emails with Sixt I received €100 back but I’m still €200 out of pocket for no fault of my own. I tried to explain this but after several emails they simply stopped responding. Very frustrated and dissatisfied because after what seemed like great service we have been let down by these extra costs. I will continue to fight for a full refund but it’s difficult dealing with a company that won’t listen and won’t respond to customers.

Sin duda, el trato recibido por el personal, es lo más sobresaliente. Recomendado, cuando la amabilidad y educación brilla por su ausencia.
El vehículo en buen estado y recogida y entrega del mismo muy agil. Repetire.

Nada recomendable Sixt Princesa. Alquilé el coche durante una semana y se usó un solo día. El viaje fue del paking de Plaza de España al garaje particular y devuelto al día siguiente. No se ha usado para nada más, menos de 40 km. Reclaman daño en paragolpes trasero de 5cm que evidentemente es mentira. Revisad el coche con el comercial al inicio y al final si queréis evitar problemas. Mucho cuidado con Sixt de Princesa. No alquiléis ahí. Sin embargo, muy buena experiencia con Sixt Nuevos Ministerios.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Don’t be fooled by the flashy website and “top-notch” cars, this company sole purpose is to make money deceitfully by charging pre-existing damage or as my case, non-existing damage during all my stay - just check the amount of complaints by numerous customers about the same issue here and at Trustpilot - this company is a truly SCAMMER. Unfortunately, my family and I rented a car for 4 days in the Plaza de España office in March 2020. Upon the delivery, my father in law and a clerk checked the car throughly and there were scratches in the car from pre-existing usage - all duly pointed out. At the checkout, we delivered the car at the same office, using the drop-off option. At the time, there were no employees to check the car I was delivering, thus I checked it myself as no new damage was done to the car - we never signed anything during the process confirm the state of the car. After a couple of days, the company sent my father in law an email saying I delivered the car with a deep scratch on the front wheel and I’d have to pay an exaggerated amount to fix it - more than a price of a new wheel, a very convenient amount I must say, given NO ONE was there to even check it and claim this “damage”. I answered that we would not pay for the damage since we were not responsible for it and that no one checked the car when we returned it. Last week, almost two years later, my father in law received an email from a servicer enforcing the charge. When I called the Sixt’s customer service office to try to explain the situation peacefully, an extremely rude and disrespectful agent pretty much told me to pay what I owned and **** off. Same thing happened when trying to reach Paigo, the third party “collector” from Sixty, sometimes hanging up on my face or pretending they don’t speak English (their “official” language is German). I asked for the documents of our case and the document were we signed that the company can charge whatever they want without a proper inspection at the return of the vehicle. I am never again using a company which its sole purpose is to scam its customers let alone in their vacations, and I will be seeking my legal rights. No one with the same issue as mine should pay or let this be, this is an unacceptable customer treatment in this days and should be coerced at all costs. Where is the customer service of this company? Are you not seeing all the comments about the same issue?

Sofia was very helpful - I made a last minute reservation and she was able to help me out right away and made sure to give me a car that was available, and not being cleaned, so that I did not have to wait. It was an upgraded class! It made for a very nice day-trip.

Buenos precios y buenos coches. Resulta un tanto engañoso que en el app pongan un Audi (o coche parecido) y luego te den un Skoda, que no es, que digamos, un coche parecido a un Audi. Entiendo que es práctica común aunque no acaba de ser correcta. En la sucursal de Plaza de España esperé aproximadamente 15 minutos. Se equivocaron en la factura pero la enviaron corregida a los tres días. La atención al cliente estuvo bien. Devolver el vehículo fue sencillo. Buenos precios y coches nuevos.

La señorita Sofía nos atendió muy bien, dando la solución que necesitábamos con prontitud. Fue sumamente amable y resolutiva. La recogida del vehículo está muy próxima a la oficina.
